I am Joseph Austen Kawinga of 54 Years of age. I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agriculture, I have in various positions in the Malawi Tobacco Industry for 25 years. Currently I am the First Secretary for Tourism at Malawi High Commission, New Delhi.
