The Sector is tasked to facilitate the mobilization of external resources both loans and grants facilities. Provide inputs in the form of key ideas, policies and agenda definitions during negotiations with Development Partners for Bilateral Economic Cooperation. We provide lead role during negotiations and approval processes, disbursements of resources, monitor project implementation. We also assist in the review of Loan Agreements and subsequently facilitate the signing of these Agreements.
