Engineering and Foundry Services founded by Mr. G. Swaminathan In December 2018 and has more than 30 years hands on experience in Steel Foundry Field, he started his carrier during July’86 as an apprentice in a reputed Steel Foundry Pattern Shop and further developed the skill in the Development Department with Directional Solidification. From 1989 – 97 become a leader to the team of Pattern Manufacturing shop/Die for PDC and also practiced the Steel casting sample Inspection, During this period gained a rich experience of handling highly complicated components like automobile items of cylinder head, gear box housing, carrier differential, Passenger Bus tyre Mould, Formers Tractor Parts etc,. During the period 1998 -2005 become a head of the department in a reputed steel foundry in Gujarat State for Development. During 2005 with the help of friends circle started a green field project of Steel Foundry near Chennai. A 100 mt capacity without any consultant plant and machinery are commissioned under his full purview and successfully run the foundry for 5 years. In Feb’2010 come out from the business and become a plant head for a 100 ton steel foundry. Within span of 2 years the foundry raised up to 250 mt production under his leadership and within 5 years the foundry had been made maximum atomised and become a trustable foundry for the export market, during this tenure all special/critical castings were made like C5, C12, C12A, CA40, CW6MC, CW12MW, M35, DSS. etc. During September’17 heading a non-performing unit of steel foundry as Director and within November’18 proved the foundry technical capability. Successfully supplied CW6MC castings to the reputed valve customers without any remark. Developed steel castings weight range from 2 kg to 16000kg single piece. Developed more earth moving and railway components for the leading customers of Caterpillar, Escorts JCB, Faively, Dellner, Siemens for metro rail projects. The aim is to provide a quality technical service to the maximum number of steel foundry and by sharing the knowledge the foundries can adopt a good one for their growth. The aim of ‘Engineering and Foundry Services’ is to provide a quality technical service to the maximum number of steel foundry and by sharing the knowledge the foundries can adopt a good one for their growth.
With the trustable/Knowledgeable/dedicated team we are operating a pattern manufacturing/mounting/pattern corrections and also rough machining in our facility. Which will be an additional support to the foundry industry.
