Sanjay started his career with Force Motors, erstwhile Bajaj Tempo Ltd in Customer Care. Post joining Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd he has been associated with the company for past over 25 years. After managing Customer Care in domestic market Sanjay was moved to International Business to head Customer Care. After 12 years stint in after Sales Sanjay has been in International Business for past 15 years managing various geographies in Asia, Africa, Middle East, South & Central America. He has travelled extensively globally in over 65 countries for past 20 years. He was heading Africa & Middle East for Automotive & Farm business while his current role is as Vice President & Head of International Operations for South Asia for all various diversified businesses of Auto & Farm sector. Sanjay has expertise in business development in Africa, Channel building, Customer care operations and managing diversified businesses like Automotive (Passenger & Commercial vehicles), Farm equipment, Generators, 2 wheelers, Earth moving equipment, Agri business, etc. He is responsible for Global Tender Business, CKD Operations and Govt. Relations for International business He is also Executive Committee member of SAARC Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
