Ashok Kumar is a Commerce graduate from Jaipur and hails from a family of business community. Mr. Ashok Kumar is the founder of GCKC Projects & Works Pvt Ltd, a 1st Generation company, in the business of infrastructure across India and now poised to enter into overseas market. Ashok Kumar is also leading the company into new areas of nation building like Solar Energy, Energy and Recovery Sustainability in water management systems. Mr. Ashok Kumar has an Ethical approach towards the business and ensures that the company performs its operation following the 3Ps – Profit, People and the Planet. -Profit earned through ethical means, People welfare and Planet sustainability. Due to principled approach towards the business, the company has never litigated with any of the past and the present clients and has a clean balance sheet since inception about two decades back.
Ashok Kumar has taken the company from a small player to a giant Organisation in the water sector and currently employs more than 1500 employees across all platforms from unskilled to skilled. Background • GCKC Projects and Works Pvt. Ltd. (formerly M.s Gulaab Chand Kewal Chand a proprietorship firm established in year 1956) an enlisted company vide ROC no. U45400TN2009PTC071786 of year 2009-10 is a growing firm with the objective of specializing in the infrastructure related projects. Since inception, the motto of the company is continued: ? to achieve perfection in work ? to adhere the quality norms ? to follow all safety procedures. Safely measures ? to work with a goal of complete customer satisfaction • To achieve the motto, right from start, the company relied on the principle of execution based on its own strength of staff and resources and always avoided sub-letting of works. Owing to this principle the company which had an employee base of nearly 20 in year 2002, has now more than 800 employees of various discipline. • Company has a full-fledged infrastructure in the segment of waste water & water supply works engaged in multi-state with skilled man power, modern construction techniques, qualified & experienced personal, set up in pace with the current competitive environment managed firm. • On 1st of July 2009, the erstwhile firm M.s Gulab Chand Kewal Chand was merged in to the newly formed company GCKC Projects and Works Pvt. Ltd., retaining the proprietor of the earlier firm as one of the Directors of the Company. Enlistment of company with the state government • The Company is registered as an “AA” class contractor in PHED Rajasthan for Civil, Pipeline and water supply related works and has Electrical Class 'A' license. The firm is also enlisted with CE C&B(South)Bangalore for Development of Infrastructure etc. • The Company is also registered in BEE as grade 3 an ESCO company. Working Methodology: • Working methodology of company is based on the premise of satisfaction to the client. In all the assignments, management gives enough thought to the concerned thoughts& work location is made inside the firm. • Line of action to be followed to the work is envisaged & decided by the experts, requisite data is collected & analysed. After completely defining the problem engineering solution is obtained. While going any project, submitting the detailed engineering report, tender documents, client’s requirements are taken into consideration.
