Ananth Sagar Veesamsetty is a graduate in commerce from Hyderabad.
He has been associated with Zomato in their Sales & Marketing department for an year and has been promoted as Key Accounts manager/Zonal Manager. He then quit Zomato and joined Sagar Asia Private Limited as a Business Development Head for their Ladder Division.
He has been instrumental in positioning the products with Modern Retain Chain Stores viz., Metro Cash & Carry, SPAR, Future Group & Spencer’s. The products are widely marketed via the online portals of Amazon, Flipkart and other erstwhile portals viz., pepperfry, Snapdeal etc
He is an aggressive sales head with knowledge of the market and consumer behaviour. With his strategies, he has been able to have product distribution network in place spanning pan-India. He has been successful in bagging the contract manufacturing for Amazon (Solimo & Amazon Basics) and Flipkart(Smart buy).
He has been handling operations of the ladder unit for nearly two years as the vertical head of ladders and has recently been promoted as the SBU head for ladders handling the operations, supply chain, marketing, sales, and shipments.
Due to his training under Mr. Vidyasagar, CMD of Sagar Asia Private Limited, he has been able to have an arrangement with HINDALCO for trading in primary metal and he confident of achieving greater heights in this line of activity too.
He has widely travelled to product Licensors in USA and Germany and participating in exhibitions in India and abroad between 2016 and 2019 and has taken up operations and marketing training at partners company Little Giant Ladders (Wing Enterprises - Globally renowned and market leaders in North America).

ZARGES TUBESCA INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED(currently SAGAR ASIA PRIVATE LIMITED) was a subsidiary of European group - ZT Management Holding GmbH(held by Zarges, Germany and Tubesca, France) incorporated in India in 2007 as a joint venture company with Mr. Vidyasagar. ZARGES is presently a 90 years old company a leader in Europe. The Indian company was taken-over by Mr. Vidyasagar in 2010 since the European investors were desiring to consolidate their operations during the global melt down period of 2009-10. The name was changed to Sagar Asia Private Limited pursuant to take-over. Ours is a medium scale unit under the new definition of MSME announced recently. The company is certified for ISO 9001: 2015 along with OSHAS and ISO 14001 for Environment. All the products manufactured are either conforming to European, American or Canadian Standards. Some of the products are CE marked, a pre-requisite for exports. Product Range We are leading manufacturers of Aluminium Extrusions in Mill, anodized and Electrocoloured finish, Aluminium FRP Ladders, Aluminium Scaffolds, Bridges, Platforms and Customised solutions, Wind Tower Internals( Ladders, Fall Arrest Systems, Platforms, Service Lifts), Aviation Docking Systems, Architectural Systems, Solar Frames, Medical equipment and accessories for over 13 years with exports to USA, Europe, Middle East, Egypt, China, Singapore, Japan and Malaysia. We operate in 7 divisions and our products are import substitutes and majorly for exports. We are single vendor for all wind tower companies in India and also their global requirement. We are also single vendor for GE Healthcare for their global requirement. Infra-structure The 7 divisions are operating out of 6 sheds located in Kallakal and close proximity of aprx. 50 -200 mtrs distance from each other. All the 6 sheds are spread across 3 premises. All the procurement is centralized with independent stores to facilitate smooth supply chain. Over the past 2-3 years, the company has invested in automation, additional capacities to cater to the growing demand and requirement of the market. Presently all components, metallic and plastics are made in house which otherwise were being made with vendors earlier. With the acquisition of the aluminium extrusion plant in 2016, Sagar Asia has built an integrated complex of manufacturing facilities with backward and forward integration to achieve cost reduction, better quality management and faster customer deliveries. It is a unique model in the world for the product range and product conformances to world standards with an attached aluminium extrusion plant.
