I am seasoned Hospitality professional with 18 years of well-rounded diverse experience in hospitality and general management. An alumnus from the Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development (OCLD) in Guest Services Management (GSM) and the pioneer Systematic Training and Education Program (STEP) in Hotel Operations (HOP) along with a Bachelor of Tourism Studies degree from Indira Gandhi National University.
I have been conferred with "Front Office Manager of the Year" National Award by BW Business World Hospitality International for the year 2015-16 and also a recipient of the prestigious Award “Young Hotel Front Office Manager” for the year 2013-14 by FHRAI.
I am known for my ability to create moments of truth for guests and appreciated for building sound and strong progressive teams. Guest satisfaction in compliance with company policies and goals at large has been my forte.
I am currently responsible for exploring and creating a niche for DRAIPL in the field of Hospitality and Agriculture. We are in the process of developing a state-of-the-art hydroponic farm integrated with latest technology that is available. Also, we are working on opening a world-class Italian restaurant in a prominent location in NCR.
My last assignment was with The Oberoi Group, where I was the Rooms Division Manager at The Oberoi Gurgaon. During my almost 4-year tenure, The Oberoi Gurgaon has been awarded the Best Hotel in India by TripAdvisor Travelers’ Choice Award for 2022, which is one of the highest recognitions in the Travel Industry. Prior to this I was the Front Office Manager at Courtyard by Marriott, Mumbai, the busiest Airport Business hotel, I manage the entire Front Office operations including Concierge services, Airport operations, Travel Desk, Room reservations, Executive Lounge, Business center and Health Club operations.
