Sourav is currently an Executive Director with the Consulting Team at CBRE, and is the global lead for the Industrial Advisory Practice across Emerging Markets, within the Fortune 500 firm. During his 18+ year tenure with CBRE, Sourav has been involved in a wide variety of Industrial Advisory assignments across emerging markets such as Brazil, Mexico, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Nigeria, Congo, Russia, India, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Indonesia, Malaysia, EU region, etc.
Sourav has been heading the India strategic industrial-economic advisory platform which is also the Center of Excellence supporting prominent large scale Industrial Economic developments across emerging markets globally – working closely with a host of clients (across private & government sector) on their economic real estate infrastructure development initiatives globally.
