After Graduation in Electronics & Communication, completed Master of Business Administration with specialisation in Marketing & HRM. Completed the Doctorate in Management from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam. Had a vast experience of nearly 29 years in the field of Telecommunications and worked in various specialized fields in IP Switching, Transmission, Mobile Communication, Data Communication, Marketing and Enterprise Business. Had hands on experience in Installation and maintenance of all types of Transmission systems like PCM, Optical Fibre Cable construction, testing of all types of PDH, SDH, DWDM and FTTH equipments belongs to various vendors . Also had work experience in Erection of all types of Mobile Communication towers (GBT, RTT and Pole), equipment installation and testing including RF Engineering, Hardware testing, conducting of Drive test to optimise the Mobile Network. In the year 2019 initiated the project of Triple play service over Fiber (Telephone+ High speed Internet + Cable TV) in Visakhapatnam first time in India in BSNL with MSO Cable operator. Participated as a PANEL SPEAKER in the event of Celebration of AICTE Internship Day & Launch of 6.1 Lakh Internship Opportunities on 25th August 2021, in Ministry and PSU’s panel and delivered key note address & provide suggestions on the future course of programmes to organize SKILL DEVELOPMENT Internship in collaboration with Industry & Service sectors in Government / PSU / Private sectors in India. Participated as a JURY MEMBER in the Indian Skills- Regional Competition-South India on 2nd&3rd Dec 2021 for "Information Network Cabling" held in Visakhapatnam. A Initiated first time in BSNL Skill development MOU’s with Universities and Engineering Colleges and signed good number of MOU’s. Patent Published: One patent registered for the “Mobile Number Echo Systems & Cooling Exchange solutions addressing the challenges of Recycled Mobile numbers”. Published eight Technical & Management papers in International Journal .Nearly 9000 students were done interim ship/ project work in ECE/IT/CSC Engineering stream ,Nearly 315 students were done apprenticeship under his guidance in Diploma ECE branch &530 students were done project work in Management (HRM&MKTG) for 4/6 weeks period .Experience as a faculty for the EETP programme sponsored AICTE

The company provides telecom services throughout the country excluding Delhi & Mumbai. BSNL is a 100% Govt. of India owned Public Sector Undertaking with an authorized share capital of Rs. 40,000 crore and paid up capital of Rs. 12,500 crores comprising of Rs. 5,000 crores of Equity and Rs. 7,500 crores of Preference shares capital. Its total income during FY 2020-21 was Rs.18, 595 crores.
