With over 37 years’ integrated experience in Core Infrastructure, Industrial Corridors, SEZ, Transport, Power & Water, and Redevelopment sectors, Arvind has had numerous leadership roles panning across Shapoorji Pallonji Group, Adani Group, MARG Ltd, Shell-Hazira, Essar, and Precious Shipping Thailand.
Extensive knowledge of infrastructure & construction markets in India, Latin America, Africa (Mauritius, Mozambique, Madagascar, Senegal, Kenya, Ghana), Middle East, CIS, SE Asia. Interacted with business & political leaders and established strategic relationships.
Expertise in procuring large-value projects based on new models of project/concessional funding- ECA, EPC-F, G2G, CFS, Swiss Challenge, HAM, Co-finance, Alternate Sovereign Guarantee.
Arvind was instrumental in early-stage development of several private ports – Mundra (Adani Group), Hazira Port (Shell+Total), Karaikal Port (MARG Limited), Belekeri Port, including commercial contracts with sub-concessionaires.
Arvind has done his MBA from IIM Ahmedabad in 1985, and B.Tech (Electrical Engineering) from IIT Delhi in 1983.
