Personal Profile
Mr. Nadeem Panjetan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and a Master’s degree in French with specialisation in international trade documentation. He has over three decades of work experience in Export-Import Bank of India during which he has contributed to various activities of the Bank covering its financing programmes, systems and procedures, corporate communications, treasury and accounts, human resources, infrastructure and information technology. He has handled two of the Bank’s flagship programmes – Export Marketing Finance under which more than 500 Indian SMEs were assisted to mount market entry plans for exporting their projects to developed countries and the Lines of Credit programme on behalf of the Government of India where finance was provided to more than 60 developing countries to procure projects and products from Indian companies in a host of sectors including power, water, agriculture, railways and health. After superannuation as Chief General Manager from India Exim Bank at the end of February, 2021, he joined in May 2021, Shapoorji Pallonji and Company as Executive Vice President of the Emerging Markets Business Centre in Mumbai.
Apart from his passion for reading and the printed word, he is interested in art, cinema, cultures and cuisines the world over.
