Septu India has been a reputable manufacturer for three decades. Septu India embarked on this journey with a vision to bring about a disruptive change in the size reduction industry. Our ranges of machinery are diversified and High-tech in process for Seed cleaning, De-husking and classification. Septu is developed and make workable Septu Micronizer to replace CTC Machine and reduce processing electric power for TEA Industries. Also working in SEPTU R & D plant to made Green Tea directly from TEA LEAVES in shortest time ever made in the world TEA INDUSTRIES (Less than ONE minute).
Septu India already made R & D and get success working in pigment wet cake drying and grinding and also powder classification for ALPHA Blue and BETA Blue and get quality production at Goodglass Nerolac Paints Ltd. (now Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd.) Mumbai.
Septu India successfully installed and get quality powder production of Hydrocolloid (Water Soluble Polymer) from Guar seed (Cluster beans), Carob Seed (Locust Bean), Tara Seed and Gum Acacia, Sesbania seed also Gum Arabic and so on and installed the plant on turnkey basis worldwide.
Now Septu India is working on how to recover more percentage of Curcumin from Turmeric and also working Size reduction of Turmeric in classification how to retain more percentage of Curcumin in Turmeric with fine powder to react fast for medical purpose.
Septu India is working now to make Extruder cum Expeller both pressure and technology together to extract oil directly from Oil seed like Ground Nut, Mustard Seeds, Sesame Seeds, Soya Seed (Crude Oil), Niger Seeds and so on. The filter oil can be used directly in kitchen

Our high-tech Micronizer grind the material by the use of 3 kinetic energy
forces i.e. Shearing, Impact and Attrition.
Through air injection with facilities to inject hot, cold, inner air, while
grinding different types of product to achieve the following process:
. Drying while grinding by injecting hot air and increase shelf-life of
product for 24 for months
. Grinding Herbal, Ayurveda medicine plants roots & leaf and tenacious
material by injecting refrigerated air to maintain desired temperature
inside the mill
. Grinding Heat sensitive medical plants and roots by injecting inner
gas (N2, CO2 etc.)
. Homogenizing and coating by dozing 1% or 2% coating material while
grinding by high speed rotors in built
. Grinding the Ayurveda/herbal product up to particles size as per
customer requirement by applying proper kinetic energy forces and by
adjusting the blades of the upper fans
. Grinding foodstuff or leaf as per required granule or coarse
particle size by adjusting inner rotor blades or speed
