I am a dedicated young woman who is an economic planner and had more than a decade of experience working as an economist. i have experience working both on the micro-economy and macro-economy. This entails expertise in analyzing different sectors of the economy, looking at their growth prospects and unearthing the bottlenecks to their performance. l also have experience of providing policy advice based on data analysis on the four sectors of the macro-economy: the real sector, the government sector, the external sector and the monetary sector. l have participated in the production of the main documents of the country, for example, the national budget speech, the budget strategy paper and the national strategic development plan. l have also been the chair of the Southern African Customs Union technical meetings.
My desire is to see my country attaining inclusive growth through the participation of the majority of the population in the development agenda. My current responsibility is to mobilize resources to help the economic growth through investment in different sectors of the economy, in particular those that have been deemed as drivers of growth.
l am a woman of high integrity who is self motivated and can perform to her maximum ability.
Company Profile
l work for the Ministry of Development Planning in the Department of Aid Coordination. My responsibility entails mobilizing resources for investment needs in the country. Different Ministries submit their projects that are deemed ready for implementation. After assessing the viability and feasibility of such projects, we mobileze resources from, the development partners comprising either governments, multilateral institutions or the foundations. The main task is to harmonize development assistance so that there is no fragmentation in the provision of development assistance
