Cesar Augusto Hinestrosa Gomez, studied Psychology, Business Management and Administration at the UNED. He dedicated his life to the oil and gas companies.From 2012 to 2017 he occupied distinctive positions as a Director General in the Ministry of Mines,Industry and Energy, combining those responsabilities with the positions of EG Executive Board Member of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum until 2015. In 2017 he was elected Senator for the District of Kogo.In 2018 he was immediately appointed as Secretary of State at the Ministry of Industry and Energy. From 2019 he was apppointed as Vice Minister at the Ministry of Industry and Energy. He is also Member of the National Council in the Democratic Party of Equatorial Guinea since 2012.
