Intellecap is a pioneer in providing innovative business solutions and consulting services that help build and scale profitable and sustainable enterprises dedicated to social and environmental change. Our unique positioning at the intersection of social and commercial business sectors allows us to attract and nurture intellectual capital that combines the business training of the commercial world with the passion and commitment of the social world to shape distinctive solutions. We seek to build institutional capacity and channel investments in the development sector through consulting services, investment banking services, and knowledge and information services. Examples include innovative and focused initiatives such as capital advisory services, intermediating impact investment capital, innovation management, strategy design, market research, stakeholder engagement and policy advocacy. Founded in 2002, Intellecap Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd. (formerly known as Intellectual Capital Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd.) has grown into a group with more than 600 employees and 300 engagements across 23 countries around the world. Intellecap believes that while social enterprises play a crucial role in inclusive development, they cannot scale in the absence of enabling ecosystems. Hence, we take an ecosystem approach to provide support to enterprises and entrepreneurs.
Intellect: We provide thought leadership and strategic advice to investors, governments, corporations, and other decision-makers that seek to support inclusive development. This includes data-backed analysis to understand ecosystems and market landscapes, design programs, and build relevant partnerships..
Networks: The social enterprise ecosystem requires network-building for long-term success. We bring these networks together through Sankalp Forum, a powerful convening platform that annually brings together over 3,000 social enterprises, impact investors, large corporations, governments, donors and DFIs at conferences in South Asia and East Africa.
Capital: We help drive capital into enterprises through our own capital sources and partner-managed capital sources. Our own initiatives include an angel network, Intellecap Impact Investing Network (I3N), which brings together high net worth individuals and seed funds to invest between US$ 0.1 to 1 million.
